Server bans are a way for a server owner to keep certain users out of their servers. Server bans are based on GameVox usernames; allowing you to ban them from joining your server with that username again until the ban is removed. Along with the username, when you ban someone when they are on the server, the banned user will see the ban message that you entered. The user will not see the ban reason once they try to reconnect to the server.

GameVox bans per username so no matter what IP address the user connects from that username will never be able to join the server if that username is banned.
